Is this the same certificate I'd get from a more expensive company?
Yes. The City of Cleveland doesn't care what you paid—they care that a licensed assessor submitted a passing report. Ours is identical.
How fast can I get scheduled?

What if my property fails the inspection?
We'll tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and recommend contractors. Once it's remediated, we come back for a discounted re-test and get you set to go.
How do I prepare for the test?
Two things: no deteriorated paint (peeling, chipping, or flaking), and clean surfaces. The cleaner the surfaces, the better your chances of passing.
Do you have an XRF analyzer?
We do! At checkout, we highly recommend you select the XRF upgrade. This will allow us to confirm whether deteriorated paint is indeed lead-based paint. If it's not lead-based paint, remediation is not required to receive your certificate.
When do I pay?
Payment info is collected when you book. You'll put down a deposit, and then the remainder will be collected once we submit the report. That way we both have some skin in the game.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem—just give us at least 48 hours notice and there's no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $100 fee per unit since we already reserved your time slot.
